Mythical units are linked to the gods of Grepolis. Recruiting them requires the appropriate worship and divine favour, which is also used for divine powers. Their strengths can be useful, but their costs make recruitment a strategic choice.
Choose a unit for its role
Compare attack, defensive values, speed, population and resource costs in the live unit panel. A mythical unit complements an army; it does not automatically replace a balanced mix of regular troops.
Account for switching gods
If you change the city’s god, you may lose units associated with the previous deity as well as stored favour. Avoid spending favour without considering the next operation.
