Ambrosia is Ikariam’s premium currency. Before buying it, separate three questions: how much money you want to spend, how much currency you receive and which specific feature you intend to use. A better exchange rate does not make an unnecessary purchase useful.
Ambrosia and Ikariam Plus are different
Ambrosia is a balance you spend; Ikariam Plus is one premium option. Other services and bonuses can have separate prices and durations. Do not assume that a Plus activation includes every item in the shop.
Check the live description before confirming a purchase. Gameforge’s Ikariam Plus reference page describes premium features, but your account’s current shop is the place to verify the exact offer and conditions.
Decide whether a feature solves your problem

Ikariam Happy Hour: verify the date and your account
A Happy Hour is a purchase promotion, not necessarily a free-currency coupon. Check the eligible packages, bonus and timer rather than relying on the title of an old announcement.
The individual Happy Hour announcement of 18 June 2026 described a campaign ending on 23 June 2026 at 11:59 CEST. It is a historical example, not evidence of an offer active today. The announcement also described differences according to server age.
For a current purchase, verify the banner and countdown in your own account. An offer visible to another player should not automatically be assumed to apply to you.
Ikariam coupons, e-pins and Ambrosia codes
Searches for “ikariam coupon”, “gameforge coupon ikariam”, “ikariam ambrosia coupon” and “ikariam e pin” do not establish that any particular code works. Check its issuer, supported game, region, expiry date and redemption conditions.
This guide does not list unverified active codes. If a payment fails or purchased currency is missing, use payment support linked from the official service and retain your receipt. Keep payment details out of public discussions.
What about free Ambrosia?
“Free ambrosia ikariam” can lead to a mixture of rewards, promotions and supposed generators. Treat a reward as genuine only when its conditions are available in the game or an official channel. A third-party page asking for your password is not proof that it can legitimately add currency.
Distinguish a limited reward from a permanent entitlement. Check the date and eligibility even when a promotion was genuine when originally posted.
Compare offers with one calculation
Divide the final cash price by the total Ambrosia received. An illustrative package costing 12 euros for 1,200 units works out at 0.01 euros per unit. These figures are an example, not a current offer. Use the same calculation for each package, then reject any option above your planned spending limit.
