Match the hero to a city
Choose a polis that can benefit from the listed effect, such as production, troops or fleet activity. Read activation conditions rather than choosing only by name or rarity.
Check availability and timing
Some hero systems use levels, cooldowns or event-specific rules. Check the live inventory and avoid assuming that an old guide describes the current version.
